It all began with a feeling of "saudade".
Anyone who has tried a Francesinha knows it’s not just a dish, it’s a hug served on a plate, it’s Porto’s tradition, intense flavour that blends meat, cheese, and sauce in perfect harmony.
When I moved to Barcelona, I realized there were plenty of international food options, but something was missing — that piece of Portugal that warms both the heart and the stomach. Between conversations with friends and countless experiments in the kitchen, the idea was born: to bring the true Francesinha to Barcelona, made with authenticity and delivered straight to your home.
